It don't.... I'm Mexican, well personally is ..... Kinda strange for the normal Mexican food is cold and the grind meat with that sweet taste..... Not that many Mexicans like it...

I have tasted this, but the chili was also fried in whipped egg....its around 200 pesos for a dish in a restaurant but I had first tried it when I visited my brother... here in Mexico. His servants brought them out for our family. They are my favorite thing to eat here in Mexico!

I would recommend a more deep investigation. I’m from Puebla and the recipe shown is not the original one. The chili wasn’t capeado and the nogada was horrible. Those weren’t the original ingredients.
