Outer Wilds for sure, Noclip has an amazing documentary. But as far as I know there is very little coverage of the DLC. And Outer Wilds DLC is hands down the best DLC I ever played. Would be interesting seeing how they made the physics work etc...

The production of this video is insane. I have to ask how did you find the 3D models from the game? Some were free but the scale and stuff must have been custom made?
