I haven't seen my son since he was 2yrs old and he is now 19yrs old and hates me because of the lies and corrupt family court system! Every day has been a challenge for me to stay alive.

I called it bad mouthing against another parent just to poison the child's minds.

13:16, so true. The criminalisation of this is so overdue.

I think it happens across families. My brother's persona completely changed when he married. His wife was always super critical of 'our' family. He seemed to fully support this. It really can be like he has no control over his own mind and will even turn against his own family. Estrangement is inevitable.

Blame women. Myself included, every guy I know mum alienated our dads from our lives. Every issue is focused around women as victims but it's mostly women with default parental control and disappear of the grid to push the dad out of the child's life. This is the overwhelming experience in most alienated parents experience

This subject is very real

Parental Alienation also is a child’s rejection of one parent because they have been manipulated by the foster carers or the social workers. 😢

Doctors and school do this anyways whether family split up or not

All school do this as a father I personally get it all the time

Ahhh? This is in Britton. In the U.S. that father might be thrown in jail for contempt of court.

We can start by getting rid of so-called "no-fault" divorce.

Getting more attention now that it is affecting women.
This story sounds like bullshit. If they're divorced, then she has a court enforceable custody order. All she has to do is show that to the cops and they will go get the boy for her.

Exactly

nope doesn't work like that in UK. standard court orders dont give police powers of arrest. it's a civil matter
@DebiRichensКүн бұрын
Court orders from UK family court are not worth the paper they are written on! They are not enforceable. This story is very real, I know the lady in question.
@miket.2879Күн бұрын
@@jamesappleby Well that's sad. I guess it's one good thing about the U.S. law enforced parental rights. I know in Japan fathers have no parental rights, so no such thing as custody disputes.

Interesting to hear it from the other side. A lot of men become victims of parental alienation. Cafcass needs to become more diverse, and is often criticised of bias. Judges in family courts can be fair in what are difficult decisions but with status quo in most cases do make for more decisions in favour of the home living parent which is usually the mother. Good luck to anyone unlucky enough to go through this.
