There are some things I just don’t understand, this guys is putting 6-7 hours a week and selling 80k a month but won’t quit his job. What would happens if he put all that energy in his business? Someone explain 😬

You don’t put all your eggs in one basket lol to many risk sometimes the market goes up and down with certain things. He says 80,000 per month but that’s probably net and not after taxes and Amazon fees, shipping and all the other things Amazon charges you for. It’s insurance to have the job just in case

At $80k/mo he's probably netting $12-18k which is def great money but he said it only takes him a couple hours a day. So why not work a little harder for a while, double your income basically esp in times like these w a newborn it can't hurt to have multiple streams of income! I'm super on board with people who want to keep their jobs, Amazon can be whatever business you want it to be for your life.

Great question! A few reasons. 1. I have a great job paying me 100k+ a year.... I won't quit until Amazon provides me 2x this, plus health care, and the other benefits I have through my job. This takes time. Also, because I decent salary, I can reinvest the profits in my Amazon business. My biggest roadblock is either capital or products. This is 100% the best way to scale. 2. Once I hit at least 2x my regular salary for 6 months, to me, Ive proved this is consistent, and that I can make the switch if I choose to. 3. Other people may think differently than me, and Im open to listen!

I lost 12k on private label... then I got a 15 month 0% credit card with a 15k limit, then took out 15k from my Roth IRA, and 2 months ago, took a 40k Amazon loan that JUst started to do its work... I just hit 110k+ in May. To review, $30k in goods, over 8 months, reinvesting profits, gave me $80k in sales.

What do you mean? Profit has been 20%+ from my revenue... so $20k a month. This is NET. Gross profit, waiting for my CPA, but my hard costs are $2k (my BMW plus + Amazon sourcing tools plus CPA)

He "Sells" $80k per year which is an important thing that is upfront in the title. Still probably 12-18k/mo but he's only spending a couple hours a day so why not rake it the 9-5 and side hustle income if it's sustainable for him?
@paulo744

80k a month in sales, roughly $20k+ in net profit. This doesn't count taxes, CPA, and some other hard costs. Trust me, when I made 100k a year, I thought I was good! Nope. Going to keep growing to $200k+ a month in revenue, and this will allow me to leave my day job and just focus on this.... my wife doesnt need to work... I can travel when I want... etc.. This is just my way to live... im sure it can be done for less money!

Sounds wayyy more difficult than it is. Will feel like you're climbing a mountain at the start and then things click. Think he said 80 hours of sourcing until he understood it decently well and I bet you're in the early overwhelmed stage rn

@@FieldsofProfit Everything is hard in the beginning... Math is hard until you do the work. Writing well is hard until you write tons of papers.. The same idea here. Its hard until you get it. If it feels hard... if it feels awkward, then its a good sign. Keep the faith!

@@FALLVH87 My first 3 months was very little profits and sales.. It was a proof of concept. I was watching webinars, listing to podcasts, making friendships... You can scale Amazon so quickly compared to anything else.. Its worth it!

selling courses is where the FBA money is at--- one guy just sold 650 people a 300 dollar course- made $200k for 20 hoiurs of webinar, then upselled private hour- then another selll of software- which is passive incoe for years to come--- and then a grand finally package deal for $997--- twhen you challenge them on it--- ohh what pissy fit they had... be careful folks-- every body loves the big number-- and the ROI? after tools, insurance- legal retainers-- (which they never talk about)--( if it goes on your body or in your body- they can suit you-- kids can choke, items be defective) product investment and taxes... 3 to 7% if your lucky-???- and what does that come out to be in hourly wages? only way to win with arbitarge- is to sell courses or to escalate where the velocity of sales is so high it becomes worthwhile-- and then the owner runs sweat shops of virtual assistants even if you have a $500 for business cost-- no wages-- just amazon account teh software phoen internet------ you have to do $5000 in sales at 10% return to cover a $500 a month operating cost--- add taxes--- more like $7000 and if you want to make $5,000 k as a salary-- better be selling well over $60,000 of product with a 10% return- to make it worthwhile-- as well as be able to beat all of amazons efforts to kill your business by gating everything.. Buy 10 items then submit the application to be ungated- while your investment sits waiting and losing value.... this business model cant even be sold on the business sites that sell business -- as its scavanging for food more than a biz.. if im wrong-- explain otherwise., are people making money? wholesalers- those with huge teams and clout--- even after the other course was done-- then the people srted enetring the real story on fb--- how returns were coming oin, getting robbed- cant get ungated etc. then they lock the facebook group and achive it-- so the bad stuff dont get posted.

Do you sell? I lost a ton of money in Private Label. There is No guarantee you will be successful. College does not guarantee you any job, yet people spend 100k in classes. Now, the people who sell courses obviously make money too. Why wouldn't they? Can they make more money than what they sell on Amazon? Sure. It's up to you... Most people Give up, dont put in the time, dont network.... etc etc. Everything in life is risky.... I rather take a risk and learn a lesson rather than never take a risk. End thread.
