The suggestion on medication for psychogenic ED worked for me. I had brain trauma and a toic relationship right around when it began, so we thought TBI induced. W/ my new partner, we moved slowly w/ open communication, but my ED was hit or miss. When I tried tadalafil for a month, my ED was gone, I regained confidence, and wasn't hyper-focused on performance. Eventually, I didn't even need medication, and I have a half used bottle going to waste.

I want to ask you about using a p.nis plug for a distal stricture instead of or until I can get meatotomy surgery with a buccal graft. A screw in plug made for long term use can be left in, maybe for three weeks, to form the stricture over the plug but remove the plug before it shapes too exactly. I intend to use two different plugs, leave it out sometimes, and continue intermittent self dilation. This is not documented anywhere I can find. The explanation for split stream is poor. She uses the example of a hose and when you put a finger over the end it distorts the stream but then tries to claim that it could be caused by a blockage somewhere between the bladder and the urethral opening. This is incorrect. The most common cause is actually meatal stenosis which is scaring to the urethral opening primarily due to circumcision. Being American she may not want to point to why it might really be happening due to how distorted and misleading American health professionals are concerning this practice.

As someone who had to get a circumcision for medical reasons later in life, who had split streams prior to circumcision, but no longer has any issues with them, that's not 100% accurate. The scarring doesn't cause the split streams if the surgery is done correctly. That being said, yes, scarring is one of the most common reasons that split streams happen, but it can ALSO be a blockage between the bladder and the urethral opening. There's several causes for split streaming. It's just a matter of which one each individual is currently dealing with.
