Good Lord!! Working conditions, sand, grit, sloppy tolerances, filth, rust, carelessness, no lubricants. How can these cylinders work very long? I’m appalled. And these are the types of products we are importing and using in the U.S.

First they are not pumps, they would be cylinders. Second everything I just saw was just nasty. I’ve been concerned with hydraulics all my working life and I have never seen anything so poor quality except for on Chinese machinery.
