I learned a great deal about how much Princess cares about all the passengers that they serve. Their staff in particular those that care for children and teenagers receive special training to understand the need of those they care for.
This can include private muster drills, identifying activities on board that may provide excessive stimulation. They make every effort to reduce any time spent waiting and with the scheduled arrival times and the new medallion program this further enhances those steps.
The medallions enable staff members to be aware of the needs of the passengers they encounter helping them serve the passengers more effectively.
They support the full ASD (autism spectrum disorder) including Asperger, and other sensory processing disorder. From my conversation, it seems as if they do a good job with autism support.
