You need a lot of fruits and vegetables, and lean protein such as eggs, chicken and fish. Garlic, ginger, turmeric, broccoli and cauliflower, lemon and pomegranade is good for you when you quit drinking. And 3-4L of water a day(and therefore add some extra salt in your diet) You also need b1/Tiamin injections and often b12 as well, to not get permanent brain(memory loss) or nerve damage when you quit drinking alcohol. To heal stomach pain (it will heal fast with those foods in your daily diet) you can use a teaspoon of baking soda in boiled water, stirr it while it bubbles and drink it when it has cooled down. Motion is just as important as sleep, you need to get the blood flowing to help cleanse your kidneys and liver.

Yes, all foods you mentioned have protein.... however, this is crude protein. It doesn’t go into the different amino acids your body needs. Not all protein is not equal.

Slow carbs are things like whole grains, which are packed with fiber and protein, potatoes with the skin, and also beans and lentils. Fruits have sugar, so they digest a bit quicker then starches, but they still have a lot of fiber to slow blood sugar, and you should still eat fruits everyday

We can't use that much protein. Mother's milk is only like 5% of the calories. We don't need protein like a cow does. There are no whole foods that cannot give you enough protein. We make our own protein from amino acids and also recycle them. This is information that stems from the peddling of high protein foods and is 100% biased and false
