Well technically it was. Ak74 is an attempt to upgrade older AK47 design for new lower caliber rounds 5.45mm, which in turn was an answer to NATOs 5.56mm rounds which were introduced in 60's with m16 rifle. Standard AK74 is not a machine gun of course, and this is a mistake. But there are also a light machine gun in service, called RPK which technically almost identical to basic AK.

The presenter is also female and speaking in a calm, matter of fact, almost sudective tone of voice. That's also a propaganda technique called positive association. Using a hot chick will make some people associate what she's saying or doing with the subject of the propaganda (Russia in this case) and make some people see that thing more favorably because they like hot chicks. You should look up propaganda, like how it works. It's way more subtle than you seem to think.

Looking at figures from 2023, Spain's manufacturing output was about 70% of Russia's. France, the UK, Italy, Japan, and the US all have greater manufacturing output than Russia does. The US alone has 10 times Russia's manufacturing output. The biggest share of Russia's GDP is in hydrocarbon exports. They are not a manufacturing powerhouse like you are trying to suggest.

But then some people were saying comparing GDP is not realistic and that we should take into account PPP, then Russia's economy is closer to that of Germany. And considering we can see that Russian economy didn't collapse under sanctions, we know that those people were correct who said that we should look at PPP. Bottom line is, it has now been proven that comparing GDP and saying Russian economy is the size of Spain or Italy is not realistic or meaningful at all. At least that's how I see it now.

I don't know when this document was made, but it feels old. It was uploaded 3 days ago, though informationnwise it seems to be from the beginning of 2022. Russia's "problem" with missiles is mentioned while they have revolutionised the battlefield, but not a word about the Russian/Chinese jointoperation on the Northern Searoute, that will radically change the trade between China, Europe and Britain, is said. If it was new and not meant to be politically lopsided, the changes in warfare should also be talked about and Russia's resilient economy, as well. The economists from IMF and Goldman Sachs were right all along. The sanctions was a blowback and so was Biden's efforts to isolate Russia. If this documentary is as new as the upload suggests, it's rather pointless for someone who truly wants to know about the changes Russia has gone through the last 2 years politically, financially and militarily. Like it or not, Russia has made a tremendous comeback on the geopolitical stage. Most countries and its people in Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America tend today to lean towards the Russian/Chinese axis rather than the ex-colonial axis of western states. If those who planned the war against Russia on Ukrainian soil knew anything about history, economy, warfare and politics, they should have been able to foresee this rapid transformation of the Russian society. 🇸🇪❤️🇷🇺

As for the rest of the comment, I don't know who told you all of this, but they are lying through their teeth. Russian missiles have not revolutionized the battlefield one bit. Even Khinzal missiles have proven to be a failure and are just as easy to shoot down as other ballistic missiles (with patriot systems), as they need to slow down to subsonic speeds a long time before impact. No European country will ever accept trade routes falling into the hands of the Russians after Russia's invasion. If Russia controlled the northern sea route, no EU trade would flow through it. Our leaders have made that very clear. Russia's economic "resiliency" is an absolute joke. The vast majority of Russia's exports are hydrocarbons. Oil and gas revenues are down year-on-year in both 2022 and 2023, falling nearly 40% in 2023 alone. Russia managed to substitute a lot of the European hydrocarbon sales by selling to China and India instead, but the sales price is much lower, and the cost of transportation is much higher. The net result of this is that budget revenue from oil and gas decreased significantly. India is also only buying oil in rupees, which Russia has to accept because they have no alternatives. The only reason we have not seen a sharper drop in Russia's official GDP figures is that the Kremlin has doubled the military spending since 2021. The Russian government now has a budget deficit since the war started, which it has had to fill with its reserves. The claim that the sanctions were a blowback to the US is also crazy. The US economy outgrew expectations significantly and had a lower inflation rate year-on-year than most other developed countries. By all accounts, the US economy is doing phenomenally well. I don't know where you got the idea that countries are joining Russia and China's sphere of influence comes from. Some countries joined BRICS because it is an easy way to secure trade deals with China with no drawbacks and no commitments. BRICS is not like NATO. BRICS is essentially just a summit where some countries meet once a year. Putin couldn't even attend it in 2023 because he would be arrested as a war criminal 🤣. 141 out of 180 countries in the UN voted to condemn Russia's invasion of Ukraine and demanded an immediate withdrawal. Only 7 countries voted against it. Neither India nor China voted against the resolution.
