How Quiet/Loud is the Obsidian 45?

So glad i got to do this test. Always wanted to test out the "quietest" 45acp can to date. I was sorta shocked but also knew manufactures hype the shit out of stuff. Its definitely NOT the quietest per this simple test. Ive shot it enough now to know its louder.
Base tests of 45acp on 4"-6" barrels range from 161-163db unsuppressed.
Only gripe I have is this wasn't 100% apples to apples. different firearms were used but I didn't have a .578x28 piston for the Obsidian. Just the one for the HK(16x1LH).
1911 with AAC Tirant 45M average 133.94
HK 45 Tactical with Rugged Obsidian average 137.16
Thats 3.22db higher than a near 10 year old K baffle design.
I fully believe it ISNT the quietest even if i could test on the same host I doubt it would've magically dropped to low 130's or high 120's. Not the host alone. Running the can wet it will do sub 130's no issues for a display video to sell the product.
