I don't know about Amorim succeeding at UTD but one he has that other managers post Fergie never had is a proper football structure running the club...that might give him the edge over his predecessors..now we get to see a manager whose sole focus will be on the game and players

Which coach/manager wouldn't tweak his best formation to create a special place for Bruno??? But 3-4-3 could also mean 3-4-1-2 or 3-4-2-1. So Bruno's place is definitely closer to the forwards

Bruno is a tradional no 10. He can be effective roaming behind strikers in traditional 4-4-2 or in an attacking 4-2-3-1 formation. In Amorim case, he can be deployed in a 3-4-3 as incoming winger or in a modified 3-4-1-2 as the AMF behind 2 wide attackers.

Erik not only abandoned his philosophy, but made poor adaptations, in-game and between games. Lacked passion, was in over his head and arrogantly refused to acknowledge his failings, instead making weird excuses. Went chasing former players who never proved themselves in the PL... Worse still, when he wasn't putting his players in unfamiliar positions, he was scapegoating star players (R7, De Gea, Sancho) and shooing in his inferior players (Onana, Antony). Would sign or loan players and not use them (Bayindir, Amrabat), discarded youngsters and academy prospects in his defensive lineups (Kambwala, so on) while complaining of an injury crisis. Would make head scratching lineups and substitutions regularly. Was aware his defense was conceding too many shots and never addressed it until after the season was over.... ETH was terrible man... I think anyone is a step up from him in the PL. He can work well with Ajax or PSV. They have strong academies and the players are young and hungry. His experience is built on working with those specific types of players

Don't misuse Kobbe Mainoo like Ten Hag...push him to attacking midfielder where he's best...The lad sacrificed to maneuver from defending to attack until he got the second goal which helped Man U to defeat Man City during FA Cup finals... From then on Ten Hag kept him defending where his capabilities dwindled... just like Van Gaal spoiled Pogba...

As sporting supporter I can tell with certainty Amorim tends to turn defenders into wingers and vice versa. A 10 ( a.m ) into a 5 ( d.m ) .if you guys allow him to do his shit the results will come , if in other hand his job is somehow conditioned by knights or gingers:😊 the man's work will not have any effect like the previous tenants are proof of.

Bruno is the problem. even under ten hag, he easily got robbed off posession and always making high risk passing upfront. As much as he did excite the fans, his gung ho style will deprive the team possesion play. Loosing the ball is too risky these days and man utd did just that game after game. If i'm the manager, i will throw bruno as top striker or as 2nd striker in traditional 4-4-2. This will allow him to receive final pass or to receive key passes before making an assist. By putting him in an already risky area, team build up will be more effective without him. Bruno as top forward or 2nd striker will be very dangerous as we witnessed before duirng Ole's time.
