I started my journey at the age of 63 (last year) with a $25 cheapo faceshield like mask that you put on like a pair of glasses. In less than 3wks I was shocked to see different eyes looking back at me in the mirror. This one had eyelids again where the last 10 years they had not. It changed my life. I don't look anything like I did when I started in Oct 2023. I wish I had taken pics but this journey is for me and not anyone else. I feel and look so much better. I now have 6 12"x12" panels and treating my entire body and that body looks better than my body looked in my 20s. I am not exaggerating.

Hey there! Just wanted to chime in with my personal experience using red light therapy. I've been incorporating it into my routine for a while now. I've been dealing with some health issues, and using the panels from Future Form Official, a company based in Norway, has really made a difference. Not only have I noticed improvements in my overall health, but I've also seen benefits in specific areas like skin clarity and texture. Plus, it's been surprisingly affordable - definitely a good price for the results it delivers! It's great to see so many people sharing their experiences with red light therapy here. It really shows how versatile and effective this treatment can be for a variety of health concerns. Keep shining bright, everyone! 🌟

As I listened to this episode, I was wearing a red light helmet, face mask, neck mask, red light belt, two red light hand mitts, and two red light slippers. Several times a week I don’t do all these home treatments but go to a med spa where I stand in front of 6 full body panels in front of me and 6 full body panels behind me. These full panels especially have had a tremendous positive effect on my health. I highly recommend red light to anyone who will listen. 😎 also love Cryotheraoy and infared sauna. Been on this journey for about 6 months now and it has turned my health around. My goal is to have two full body panels at home, but until then, I will go to a place locally that has this impressive set up.

I’m an aesthetician in the states. And I own two Pro panels from Celluma that have 3 separate functions:blue, red , infra red. I work with this technology every day, and it absolutely does the most amazing things for the skin and overall healing. I’ve also used it for myself and my husband, to heal wounds, heal from surgery, all sorts of things. When I had covid in March of 2020 I would lay the panel across my chest, then on my back. It was undeniable how much better my I felt after. In a world filled with nonsense devices that do absolutely nothing, red light is the one device worth investing in.❤

Hi Clare, can you do a video in the future that talks about the negative effects of red light and near infrared light masks on people who have melasma and other skin conditions? There is a lot of talk about the positive effects of these red light therapy masks but hardly anybody talks about who should not use these masks. Some people make a major investment in these masks, only to find out after the purchase that it is not for them. Thanks! Love your channel!

I appreciate these discussions that present more comprehensive insight into red light therapy! For example, I never knew it can cause an overload of free radicals. I'm also more interested in the pulsed light application of light. Thank you for that information! I've used the hand held QuasarMD red/IR device on and off since 2015 and wondered if such short durations of applications (3 min each quarter of the face) would even be helpful but now I'm happy with it...the wand doesn't hover too long over each area. I've always also wondered if I should replace it with one of those masks that are all over the place on social media, but I know now that they are not the way to go for me. I'll invest in pulsed light I think.

Hi there! This is so fascinating! I have a question. When they say treated with red light therapy, where on the body are they treating these people with red light therapy? Are we talking about the red light therapy that you put on your face through a face mask, and that somehow affects breast cancer cells in the gut? This is hard to wrap my head around. I’m wondering where they treated people with the red light therapy using what kind of devices and is it as simple as if I’m treating my face because I have an anti-aging mask that I’m also affecting my gut for all kinds of diseases? At the same time? Do I have to buy all these contraptions for the body for red light therapy? Or does my using a red light therapy mask? Also affect things in my gut with disease? I mean the body is one cohesive dynamic organism you know?

Now I’d just like to know which skin care products you can wear with the mask. I use the Maysama Rooibos serum but would like ti know if I can use my Vitamin C cream, my serum etc. i understand you can’t use oil based products but is there a point at which the RL/NIR won’t penetrate the products? So great to hear you enjoy the channel. Hearing this from viewers makes the tougher days worthwhile ❤️ The general advice would be not to use oil-based products before red light but opt for antioxidant-rich water-based serums instead. There’s not much research around the impact of creams, serums and oils or how much they might affect the red light penetration so I don’t get myself in too much of a twist over it. I would definitely avoid occlusive oils or sunscreen though.

Tbh I've been using an Omnilux mask for at least 6 months and I think I've had a slight improvement in redness (I have very sensitive, rosacea-prone skin) and clarity, but just a little... I see a lot of influencers raving about these masks and wonder if I'm not as lucky or what could be the issue. But one of these beauty influencers was saying you can only see great results with the medical grade masks like Celluma or DermaFlex if I recall correctly, but these are super expensive (like 2-3,000 euros). She had had some tests after doing in office red light treatments and apparently the skin was something like 9 years younger after... Maybe I will try to have weekly in-office treatments to see how the professional grade masks compare to the home use ones. BTW I was in Africa for a couple of months, no masks, treatments, and a very simple skincare routine, and my skin was great, despite being so sensitive and having to deal with a lot of sun, humidity, dust, sand, ocean water etc. (maybe the humidity was good for my skin actually). This was the 3rd time and every time the same thing happened, so I guess if I want great skin with no effort the solution is moving to Africa 😅 (which hopefully will happen in the near future). BTW haven't had any success with NMN after 3 months of taking it...

Thank you, that’s very much appreciated. To be honest, it was watching your video that sold me on buying it, as up until then I had been looking at various different devices. I loved your “honest” review, so I am keen to start using it. Thanks

I thought the studies that said pulsed light was better used lasers instead of red light LED.

Lasers are certainly more powerful than red light but not everyone wants to use laser and it's harder to treat larger areas with a laser device.

I question if I may about 400 times increase of allobaculum. Does it mean that the production of allobaculum has increased 400 times? Or does it mean mice have disposed 400 times more allobaculum after exposure to the infrared light? What has been said sound ambiguous to me and left me thinking that that there is a possibility of increased loss of allobaculum due to exposure to infrared light. Thank you.

I spent a lot of money on my panel, and now I find i have to have pulsed light!?!? Thats frustrating. How fast does it have to pulse? Can i just sit there and turn my panel on and off? Also, if I wanted to use it with the gut, does it need to be on bare skin, or can I use it over clothes?
@thehonestchannel
@thehonestchannel 4 ай бұрын
You don't have to use pulse. Constant red light still has benefits it's just it's easier to overdo it. A great way to get the best of both worlds is just to move your head or turn side to side as you use the panel.

Can I target a body part 10 minutes straight with constant red light? Or is that also overdoing it?
@thehonestchannel
@thehonestchannel 4 ай бұрын
We don’t have studies pinpointing the optimal times unfortunately, but up to 10 mins is frequently the recommendation by manufacturers. Bev has said in the past she used constant light for around 6 minutes at a time. A lot of experts would say 10 mins would not be considered excessive. Hope that helps

Be careful with cancer, the red lite could possibly increase the growth of cancer. So be careful. That is what saw in utube with a researcher. My husband just had cancer so that's why I learned this.

❤Honestly I do not believe that the strobing pulse light will benefit you than it will harm you. Let me explain. As we all know, stress is the biggest Killer there is. Stress produces oxidation and therefore make your cells older so well. As mentioned with pulse light you put your cells in contraction mode, this is of course cousing stress even within your cells. When you now feel stressed 😩 by the strobing sensation guess what, you add to the stress. I do not need that to be scientific proven as that’s simply logic. I do love maysama as I am a loyal customer, but this device I will keep my hands 🙌 off. ❤Love to you all ❤

This lady is talking about a pulse one which goes on and off??? An expert on you tube, is rather annoyed that it wasnt mentioned that with the pulse lights going on and off, you lose the amount of time compared to a red light therapy? But this lady also hasnt mentioned that which i find a bit annoying, because this guy said he is confused because he doesnt believe the people selling them are aware either??? This lady seems to really speak better of the pulse light therapy?? Yet a few things she hasnt mentioned it seems to me.

Who is the expert? Can you link to the video please? The point with pulsed is you avoid a build-up of free radicals. She does explain that in the video and we have discussed in more detail in a previous interview.

I have a medium sized red light panel already. If I just do half my face and keep switching to the other half I wonder if that does similar effect to pulse light? I don’t want to invest on another panel when I have a working one 😂
@thehonestchannel
@thehonestchannel 4 ай бұрын
It absolutely does have the same effect and Bev actually suggested doing that in previous interviews. It's a really smart idea because you don't want to go spending money on a new device when you already have a panel. I think with constant light the most important thing to remember is you can overdo it so doing shorter sessions and/or turning your head makes a lot of sense.
