How Redundancy Made Me Turn My Life Around

I have been made redundant twice now. I think it was very important for me to cry about it, allow myself to be sad. Give myself a mental break and then look for jobs. It is a sad and a hard time, job hunting is mentally draining as it is especially if you were not expecting to change jobs. It’s a crap time!! But there are good things ahead

I had shocking new yesterday that I have been redundant, last night I couldn't sleep and for a little bitof sleep I had nightmare 😢 I woke up today try to search in KZbin to find how to deal with this unknown situation, listening to this make me feel hey girl, you aren't the first or last! I try to let my negative emotions come and go ,then I will update my CV and Start looking for job, the fact is I was last month best employed of month,I am great at my job ,its always job out there for good employees ❤😅
