what kind of running gear do you use?

I try to keep it simple. For the road I wear Saucony Endorphin Speed 4. For the trail I wear the Saucony Xodus 3. For the pants I go with the CW-X Men's Endurance Generator for extra support. I love the Under Armour Heatgear compression shirts. I think the one gear you can't cheap out is the shoes. If you have RoadRunner store nearby they sell those custom insoles for your specific feet. A bit expensive but if you run daily like me it's a must. Everything else I think it's personal preference. Have fun out there.
