Me too! I eat myself out of house and home if I'm not careful. Especially 6 to 12 mile runs.

I was addicted to runner's high. I'd get anxiety if I didn't run. Do drug addicts feel like there will be no tomorrow if they don't do drugs because that's how I felt.

I feel that. I’m a nervous wreck if I don’t get my afternoon run. Best feeling is going for a burnout and laying on the couch and you feel like you’re floating 👌🏼

I can reach this doing 20/30 min of HIIT between 170 and 140 HR. (178 is my max HR) I set up my garmin watch to notifies me when I am +170, then i rest until 140 and start over ; I repeat this 10 or 15 times... after 10/15 min Runner's high shows up. Try it. It is an addiction.

Noajm Messy beause food makes you build muscles. Taking weed you have munchies or cravings to eat.with the runner's high you get no cravings forfood. therefore one does not bulk or make muscles.
