I can attest to running saving my life, too. When my husband died seven years ago, I wanted to die to go be with him. I started my running journey by joining my mom on her daily walks and gradually worked myself up to running an average of 6 miles daily. I still miss my husband terribly, but I no longer wish to die. Keep up the great work and awesome editing, Jake!👍😊❤

Running or jogging releases Endorphins in your Brain and burns up Calories rapidly. Brisk walking does too. Sadly most Americans don't exercise at all and eat too many Carbs kinda like wallowing in debt. It's addictive to run so don't do too many Miles. The Bones in your Foot's Heel are fragile and do get damaged from running.

Loved 7:20: "You have to breath. You have to pray. You have to believe the future holds better things for yourself. And sometimes, maybe you just have to go for a run." I love your dedication to creating this high quality content so regularly bro! Don't listen to the haters! Even when the work you're doing doesn't get the specific results you want (e.g. higher view counts, subscribers, etc), it's still giving you results. At the very least, it's a huge investment in yourself whether that's in the accountability, the practice in articulating your thoughts, the skill development in videography, etc. I absolutely love what you're doing with it. The authenticity you bring is awesome!

I totally agree running can save lives. Our legs have taken us to places our eyes have dreamed of. Just remember to take care of them legs after though, I used to run competitively and when injuries hit it would make me very depressed not running for weeks. Use ice, massage rollers, stretches, cool down drills or simply take days to rest. ✌️

Hi Jake. It was very intetesting how you described that running was very positive for your addictions and anxiety. I don't have addictions( except for food), but I do suffer from anxiety and I am a morbidly obese person, so running is not a good thing at this moment, but do you think walking will help?, Just wanted your opinion. Take care my friend.👍

Haters are motivators to make you change yet,it's up to you to put the Shoes on and run. Some People get paid to run Foot Races. I ran a Foot Race in Hollywood and met Sulu(George Terkell?) from Star Trek with Denise Nichols(Ohura) in 1980. I trained in L.A.'s Smog back then. Wayne Brown(Oregon Ducks) gets a Lifetime supply of Nike Shoes from Nike for running for them plus pay. He ran with Frank Shorter and Steve Prefontaine and Bruce Jenner(Cattlin Jenner)
