LMU feels so good to drive, and the online experience for me as of recent has been solid. No problems with FFB. It feels just as good as it was with GTE's. I think it's a hardware and settings issue for some.

The FFB in LMU is just fine like you said Dave. Good race by the way.
@dionp816411 сағат бұрын
The ffb after initial weight transfer and turn in is almost non-existent. Finding the proper grip limit of the front tires near apex and early corner exit is impossible with the ffb and requires experimentation and visual detection of yaw. Nil Naujoks, Jardier and plenty of others within the sim racing community top ranks have pointed this out and I've experienced exactly the same thing myself. I suspect a recent patch messed this up a bit and a fix coming soon, or hope for it at least. I have a simucube 2 pro and used a variety of simucube profiles along with virtually every combination of settings in game and the only way to get any ffb at all mid corner/exit on slower speed corners makes the ffb weight unbearable on initial turnin and in straightaways near the center. This isn't realistic at all and will put off the more hardcore sim community. I will say the game's net code looks good. I do think the collision is a bit on the arcade side, cars can bump and almost nothing happens. Casual racers will love this as they can bang doors without issue but this isn't the case in RL either. Game has potential but needs a good bit of work to be taken seriously sadly.

@EricW680016 сағат бұрын
@@10mmGR I'm on a Invicta base. You have to consider these cars all have Power steering these days, a electric drive part (a proper simulated version), and the grip difference between cold and operating temperature is fairly big and it needs a push to get them in the right window. Make sure the FFB in racehub is at 100% and disable any filtering as the Asetek is a very smooth and precise base by itself. I personally feel every detail.

@EricW6800 I feel none at low speed. Also I'm in operating Temps. I have no problem with it feeling numb when I have cold tires. Simulating power steering is not an excuse for lack of detail.
