The core question is not answered properly...Are generic drugs safe to use and as good as the branded drugs.Talking about compliances ,regulations adherence and guidelines etc and what needs to be done ...is not the proper answer to the core question.

Me yahan generic medicines ke bareme bat nahi kar raha ,, jo log meri comments padh rahe hain me unhe bata dun ki jab aap medicine lene dukan jate ho dukandar aapse 10 se 15 guna jodke aapse paisa leti hai,me hawame bat nahi karta ye paki bat hai,sabut me khud hun

Generics are BOGUS. Iam suffering bcoz of buying cheap glimepiride tablet from local shop. I have spent 7 lac in 10 day bcoz of sugar causing issue in my brain.

He starts with a lie, generic drugs do not have the same approval procedure as original drugs. Generic drugs is allowed up to 10% impurities.

@@Hoin3864 no, but I did have betablokker analysed and investigated the problem many years ago when I experienced generic betablokkers did not work like original betablokkers. The problem is complex with many angles.
