I recently changed my channel from a daily vlog style channel to a tech/camera related channel. I’ve made three videos and one just reached the 1.4k view mark. Sean’s channel and this channel helped me SO much in realizing what I needed to work on as a creator. I’m still learning, but I wanted to thank you guys for the guidance. It can sometimes feel like people teaching stuff on KZbin just want your money, but you guys don’t. Thanks for that! Also Sean’s journey was so interesting!

The biggest motivating factor, for me personally, are the comments I get from my viewers. starting from simple compliments and ending with long conversation starters, just friendly expressions, fact sharing, suggestions etc. That is what makes me feel good about my craft and things I do, motivates to try to improve and reach, get my content out there, where more people can see and interact with me. That is the greatest thing of youtube IMO!

Wow , this is a great interview. It was really encouraging to hear Sean's testimony , it helped. Because I am at his beginning, where I take care of my mom, homeschool my kids now and have worked in the corporate world for the last 20 years and it's been a blessing, but I would love to have more time for my mom, my husband and children and be a blessing for my church. It's not about the fame or anything like that, but to do what I love, and to reach others in some way and help them to be encouraged. So thank you for sharing, and will be praying for continued good health for your wife Sean. I love Think Media and will always be a fan and subscriber and will always support it.

Excellent story here! It's nice to see what drives others in their passion to create success. We all go through hard times and for some it lasts longer than others. This is something I been dealing with for around a year now. The past 8 months or so have been exceptionally difficult for me and my family. It's comforting to see it can change if we work hard enough and stay persistent. My sort of aha moment with KZbin came just recently after watching a video you did Tim, one that Roberto did, and another that Sean did where you guys laid out that not only are titles important, but making the prospective viewer feel that video is important to them before they watch the video and after they watch it they should feel that video is what they needed. It can be difficult to figure out for some but if you keep pushing and really have a passion for the goals you set, you will succeed. Thank you so much for this video Tim, it's a great one for sure!
@VideoCreators6 жыл бұрын
Yes, that's very important. The title can't merely describe the content -- it needs to entice the viewer to watch. Make them feel it's worth their time.

Love this video! I've been watching Sean since a long time and he has helped me a lot with my work, but I had no idea about the struggle he has overcome. So proud of him and his family. Also, us KZbinrs should learn from Tim how one should do a collab interview. Normally people interviewing someone else keep cutting them off and just want to speak themselves! Tim was a great listener in the video and let Sean convey everything he wanted to without being cut off.

Thank you Tim and Sean for this video. I'm learning togheter with my mom every day. 2 Video's per week and off course a lot to learn. My goal for my future? Make people happy, put a smile on their faces, this can be elderly or young people. This can be on a big stage or in a elderly home. The feeling I get that I make them smile or laugh, that is my goal.

Good video! I can attest to lots of what they're saying. I just crossed 15,000 subs yesterday and I am still learning tons about what I can do with this channel and my two other start-up channels. It all takes time and tons of effort. When he mentioned his highly ranked video that is doing work for his channel years later, I knew what he meant.
