in the time it took them to make that one muffler some machines stamped out and welded 100 of these things in some big automated factory. But.... It is good to see people that still understand how to do things by hand. I hate that so many people have forgotten the skills of our grandparents.

Not just the same thing every day. These are people that are making due with what they have and getting the job done. You have to have at least some respect for that.

These are all little family businesses that employ kids as young as nine and no, this business will make just these exhausts and the people working there will have no experience of anything else in their lives that’s until they lose a hand eye or worse when they will be left to beg or starve. Until Pakistan actually takes some action to stop this sort of misuse of its people it will always exist in the Stone Age.

So how does the custom manufacturing happen now ,have people started using nose instead of hands. For bulk manufacturing there are different cheaper solutions. This is an order to make factory where the parts that have gone obsolete or are on long back orders can be quickly produced as an alternative and fyi the same guy can make 20 different steel sheet made parts in his own workshop not just custom mufflers .

@Vassili Trushenko а у нас что ,технологии изменились?🤣🤣🤣Берешь два куска трубы подходящего диаметра,ввариваешь в них заглушку а в самих трубах электросваркой нажигаешь дырочек(тобишь отверстий) и получившуюся красоту ввариваешь в 40 литровый мазовский ресивер предварительно вырезав так же электросваркой в торцах отверстия под диаметр трубы..Полтора часа работы, МАЗ спишут и сдадут в металл а глушак как новый🤣🤣🤣

Their skill aside, there are many easy, cheap ways they could make this work much more efficient. That's the part about these videos I don't understand. These guys are hard-working and patient and don't try to improve the production process but they easily could.

They're lazy. It's a culture of laziness. In America, our culture of laziness leads to amazing innovations in the name of making things easier and taking less time. In their culture, they're too lazy to change. Also, poverty. But there comes a point where poverty is no longer an excuse. Like, everyone and their dog in these videos has a stick welder. This guy does not. I'll grant, there's probably some merit to oxy-acetelyne welding thin sheet metal. But why cut holes with a chisel? They already have a drill press. Would a couple of hole saws really break the bank? Doubt it.

These guys have all the tools, materials and knowledge to make jigs for almost every operation. They already have couple very basic jigs. And jigs would make process MUCH easier.

Every time I watch your videos like this I am totally amazed. I am amazed that they have to work in such poor conditions. I am amazed by their skills as they do what they have to do in order to survive. What saddens me is that they probably don't get paid any where near what they deserve.

@@timan206 I'm one of thise that actually makes things not bean counters. But I found it interesting I worked with people from a lot of different parts of the world. I remember one in particular from India. He had commented about the servants they had back home. I asked him if they do any assistance programs like Walmart and other employers in the U.S. do to assist with higher education. He laughed and said they are servants, they don't need higher education. Sounds to me like they need a change in the culture.

These guys can fix anything! Have a broken axle, wheels came off, truck is all but rolled on its side in the road, and these guys literally have it repaired at higher quality than it was new and completed before a repair shop here even decided to take a look at the truck. We need them here!!! I’m also trying to figure out what the actual purpose of OSHA is. Because they’re wearing sandals and not a safety on any machine and ever single person has all their fingers and toes still. Amazing work, priceless skills!

I say when the world goes to shite I'll hire these guys over those fat, spoiled, arrogant Westerners any day, any time. Удивился, когда туборез в кадре появился. Думал, зубилом или сваркой резать будут... Примитивно конечно, но это ремесло жестянщиков, такое какое есть.

Были бы у меня деньги купил бы мужчинам-кустарям из Пакистана для их мастерской оборудование, верстаки, инструменты. Уменьшились бы трудозатраты, увеличилась производительность и качество. Их нелёгкий труд заслуживает уважения.

Со своим самоваром в Тулу не ездят.. В Голландии до сих пор чтоб не уменьшались рабочие места и сохранялись династии переносчики сыров существуют ,хотя пикапом перевезти практичнее..🤣🤣🤣

Неэффективный, низкопродуктивный, низко квалифицированный ручной труд без элементарного инструмента, станков. При полном отсутствии эффективного рабочего пространства и условий труда. С абсолютным пренебрежением к технике безопасноти. Эти люди, работая каждый день с металлом уже давно должны были сделать себе хоть какую то элементарную оснастку что бы прорубать те же отверстия а не долбить их куском железяки.

La verdad es que Dios hace mucho esfuerzo tratando de cuidarles los pies a trabajadores que sueldan sin zapatos cerrados, sin protección para los ojos de una luz tan intensa, nada de guantes para proteger las manos, y estoy seguro que por un mísero sueldo, porque no haces un reportaje sobre la forma de vida del dueño de esa fábrica artesanal, creo en los beneficios equitativos al valor del trabajo, si yo me beneficio del valor del trabajo de mi empleado entonces me interesa es protegerlo y pagarle bien para poderme seguir beneficiando por mucho tiempo pero seguro la taza de desempleo es tan alta que tratan a los trabajadores como algo desechable.

цена. карбид производится на даче. любой более продвинутый метод потребует импорта входных данных. цена будет непомерно высокой

Потому что полуавтомат стоит дороже человеческой жизни в Пакистане. И потом к этому полуавтомату еще требуется образование. А иначе его за неделю сломают. У них там элементарно ни помещений нет, на дороге работают, ни верстаков, а ты про какие-то полуавтоматы.

Excellent work ! The master and his crew deserves all the credit. Prerfect example of “Hard working + Talent “. However, the master should have paid more attention to his and workers’ health. He does this everyday ! Safety brother , safety ! Gloves, Eye protection , mask and better shop organization. This missing part in all Pakistan Repair videos is the “ professional working culture”. This is something can be achieved if the government comes up with better training, affordable power tools, improved “ working condition” standards, and imposing the laws. So, improved efficiency and better human health can be achieved , so the prosperity of the society.

@@mikespain8655 Neither which will happen, unless the government orders it. You really think the factory owner cares? Only thing he cares is that the safety equipment (PPE) is gonna cost him money and make him lose money from production. Theres 1000 guys at the door waiting to get in if another worker is injured and has to quit.

It interesting to see this made by hand. In the US if you made this muffler by land using these techniques it would cost hundreds of dollars for even a small vehicle muffler. The cost of labor is much higher. That's why a machine can produce hundreds a day to compensate for increase labor cost. Even with increased capacity we still can't compete labor cost wise with China.

для выдавливания дырок и круглых форм можно применить пресс. Делается в общем то самодельный, как и формы. За час изготовишь больше чем все их производство за месяц.. Плюс пресс сам по себе можно применить для чего угодно, ну там ковки и прочего.. Для вырезания круглых дырок на трубе - лазерный станок робот, но он запредельно дорог и поэтому их кустарный способ сверления оправдан и разумен. Все остальное - пойдет.
