I love this! That's one thing that I miss from the fallout games. Starfield is so damn civil. Sure, you have spacers and the crimson fleet doing their thing, but the game is based after some galactic war that spanned across several systems and utilized alien monsters and robots. I want some despair and darkness back in my bethesda games!

I really want them to add an option where you can turn off tier loot. I'm really not a fan of tier gear in games. Ghost recon breakpoint had it and ubisoft added an option to turn it off so there is no excuses for bethesda to not add it as an option. I think they should add more space suits and weapons to the game to make up for the tier loot when you can toggle it off aswell. I really wish bethesda would read these ideas and stop making it as a mod to the game but rather an update or mini dlc.

i never found starfield or fallout 4 scary because of the witty and larger than life characters that break immersion with their personalities that don't fit the gravity of the situation and could never take those games seriously. I feel like shattered space is starfields answer to the phantom liberty from cyberpunk with the inspiration for the darker atmosphere

I always liked Bethesdas more Thriller/Horror themed works. I adored Point Look out in Fallout 3, I dug Far Harbor in Fallout 4. Hoping that Shattered Space has a similar vibe. That written Starfield in general still needs the No Mans Sky (NMS) treatment.

I didnt buy starfield to play dead space. This is disappointing. Theres to many areas where the game is lacking that should be addressed before they go adding horror aspects to the game. What a wierd decision. They really need to open up space game play and let us actually lead a fleet with our companions flying some of our ships. Maybe add features where our ships could be captured with our alies in them . They could add rescue missions to free our allies and get our ships back etc.

No one bought starfield to play a dead space type of experience. They should have saved this type of DLC for later. The ship game play could use some love. I really like the ship builder. I just wish there was more we could do with our ship. Look at some of the things Star Citizen is doing. And thats an online game. Im not expecting any tyoe of MP experience. Its obvious Bethesda tried to make a game that was out of there depth.This game was sold as an ooen world type space exploration game.
