Sadhguru transforms complex subjects ( enigmas like lust ) into simple talking terms, it helps a common person to reflect within and turn an inward eye, am extremely grateful, in an instant of 5 minutes I know my own thoughts and mental discourse in normal sentences one speaks with oneself and others. It helps to know . In another video he talks about honouring other person truly by being complete and joyful in oneself. It's beautiful.
