I think normal ammo will pen it, but AP does increased pen damage/ vehicle damage.

I agree with ya. I like the body armor, it makes sense in a post modern war setting. But I understand Shroud's point, it takes away predictability in the gunfight. How many shots will it take to kill this guy with a glance? You don't know til you land the first hit because there is no armor indicator on the character model. There should be, like helmets in Pubg or armor in Tarkov, a realistic render of body armor on the character model. That visual indicator would also raises the skillcap considerably. You wouldn't just win a gunfight on positioning and hand eye coordination but also the speed of your mental processing. Every extra item that is incorporated in a way you can instantly see adds a lot to what needs to be processed in a millisecond.
