I thought i read in the comments of another video that you're self conscious about your voiceovers. Forget that, bro. You were made for this. Do your thing.

Thank you, brother! I appreciate that!

I dont care what your voice sounds like. Real human is way better than AI voice anytime. Your voice is fine.

Marcia was easily as genius as George, exactly the genius he needed to complement his own.

I agree. I feel that Marcia really saved Star Wars. I'm glad she's getting more credit these days.

I found out back in the day that the wires for the power pole were used to make the blaster noise. I’d bang on them every day at recess.

That's great! I'm always surprised how much it realy sounds like a blaster. 😀

It was for the best that King Features wanted too much for Flash. Dino wanted Fellini to make Flash Gordon. Lucas realized he didn't want Fu Manchu style Ming or Mongo what he wanted was a serial adventure. Something more in the vein of an Edgar Rice Burroughs John Carter of Mars story.
@TotallyAwesomeFilmsPodcast2 ай бұрын
Everything worked out perfectly! 😃It's weird to think that Felini actually wrote Flash Gordon comics early in his writing career, so he would have been a good choice to direct.

If American Graffiti hadn't been a success then Star Wars probably wouldn't have happened.

Greatest movie of all times? Umm, no, not really. But what Lucas achieved with so small budget is without doubts amazing. Visually stunning for its time. Even today, without all that added CGI nonsense, it still looks very nice, because it was honest and dilligent work. Not CGI shortcuts. But story was somewhat shallow. Its not for worse i guess, easy to understand for any viewer, but nothing super original either. Typical revenge plot with little "mumbo-jumbo" space magic.

Interesting opinion. I'd love to hear you thoughts in the other movies. I'm also working on Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Listen to my Star Trek videos in the meantime. Also, don't watch my video on Star Wars ep 4: A New Hope. It's the same video released. Wait for my Empire Strikes back video.

So...What about Richard Chew and Paul Hirsh? Marcia wasn't the only editor, and in fact she didn't finish the editions becausse she was working in "New York,New York" them. The movie was finish by Paul Hirsh and George Lucas. Well, another video exaggerating Marcia's role.
