it's like you're reading my mind :D just yesterday i was thinking about how much the stress that i go through very often, all of the time i'm being anxious affects my skin causing flare ups, so thank you for this video! also thank you for all of your videos eczema related because i decided i want to heal it not by using heavy steroid creams but by changing my habits (skin care, diet) and you share so much information and motivate me :))

Here’s the thing though: I’ve been stress free for maybe a year now, and my skin has yet to heal. I’m looking into it and apparently my major stress event did too much damage to my immune system that my skin (my lips specifically) doesn’t remember how to heal. Apparently there’s something call immuno-rejuvenation that can sort of reset the immune system. If you’re familiar with this, or other ways to heal my lips, I’d appreciate the info!

Haha I’m not sure I’m that good at it but it takes a lot of time and practice to get to where I am today in terms of not letting me skin affect me so much

this is very informative. Thank you for this! By any chance, does stress also cause vasculitis? I've been struggling with this for a while now, do you have any advice?

Hi there! Thanks for your comment :) Stress isn't usually the cause of vasculitis but it certainly can aggravate it and cause flare ups. So stress management will definitely be an important part of treating it.

@@naturully btw... My skin has 6-7 marks developed due stress. Skin doctor said, it's due to stress. He also gave me an ointment, though I couldn't get rid of those marks. Can you suggest some other ointment I can use to heal stress affected skin?

Hi there ! First of all, you need to see if there’s a way you can eliminate stress (I know it’s very difficult!!). But as long as you are still stressing it will be hard to get rid of your skin issue. Try to take at least 1 or 2 days off a week where you don’t think about anything that is stressing you out. Other than that, you could try a salt bath / apple cider vinegar wash (See my vidéo in this) followed by some castor oil or other type of oil/ moisturiser. Remove all inflammatory foods (I suggest plant based - it is good for you and also the plants and animals :) )

Can we overcome damage ..like skin darkening..bcoz my skin is getting darker ..is it possible to get back my skin
@naturully3 жыл бұрын
This is a very common issue for people with eczema. I believe it does get better over time - I used to have pigmentation patches in the folds of my arms. Since I haven't had eczema there for years, these have now faded. It takes time but eventually your skin will fade and go back to its normal colour (or at least closer to) :)
