Man, you are insanely strong. 11 x 100 kg equals an estimated 1 RM of approximately 136 KG. If you did 330 LBS for 1 rep, you didn't get that much weaker. Best of luck.

what does your strength and conditioning workout look out for the overall week? do you do this session like 3 times a week?

@@jamescarter-x3p naah currently more like once a week and then mma 5 times a week. Could post the exact schedule when i got something figured out :) The compound is soley for keeping some muscle gains, then speed is the rest
