To all of the people saying GER will solo her or something is false. This is because GER can only rewrite LOGIC and simply this character isnt logic it is a whole multiverse of “unknown,” but, as being a jojo fan WOU would clap her. Well, the thibg is that Chara can kind of erase his universe, and if Chara dies, they ressurrect, and i'm not sure they can even take damage, since they're kind of a spirit, Chara eveb appears without any physical form after erasing the game, they just speak to you via a black screen. But don't take me too serious because i never watched JoJo, so i don't know anything about the "stands", just that they give some powers to their owner.

Rami Chebbi levels in undertale are very inconsistent especially in terms of different routes. For example a level I believe it was 15 frisk actually does more damage in genocide than in neutral but I forget the specifics. Obviously this can be explained in a lot of ways from killing intent, to how much Frisk’s holding back and etc. For that reason I usually only use levels as a way to compare certain monsters to one another and for basic scaling, not so much a definitive cap of power, but that’s just me

I will try to scale chara Chara: In the story the story of Undertale Chara died after eating a poisoned flower, and only came back because L.O.V.E in the genocidal route brought her back to life (the one who respawns is Frisk, that is Chara has a low resistance and does not return or retreat before her death , who goes back in time before his death is Frisk [ Frisk doesn't respawn either but goes back in a period in time before his death, but this is theory that makes more sense that Frisk simply respawns]) and the most absurd things exist people who believe that Chara is an omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent character just because she crashes the game at the end of the genocide route, supposedly she would have transcended her codics with that, which is complete nonsense and following that logic Sonic.Exe would be omnipotent too since he can not only crash the game but also turn on his webcam and download files to his PC, Cosmology of Undertale is one of the smallest things possible the game basically tells a story not narrative stacks transcendences Scaling Undertale: Undertale is not a Multiverse type 3 but a single Universe since it is composed of timelines that is what you discover so much in Chara and Sans dialogues is Universes are composed of infinite timelines, being at least a Planet and at most a Galaxy, and that about a Universe or a dimension containing infinite timelines you can search on google, that for the hypescience site and others the Universe has infinite timelines and what Chara did was destroying a single timeline the people scale Chara to Low-Multiversal because they interpreted a timeline = a Universe, and what is right is infinite timelines = a Universe, so what I see is that the crash at the end of genocidal route was just a collapse in the Universe, because for Chara to be scaled to Universal or Multiversal she would have to delete Undertale itself from the computer and that is impossible and another thing Chara never transcended her codes, because it is programmed in the code of game for her to do this by Toby Fox the only Multiversal character in the game is Frisk, because this one has the True Reset that resets the entire game remembering that Undertale= Universe that is for Frisk to be Multiversal she only needs to reset 1001 times (but still na would scale him to Multiversal because resetting is not the same as deleting and destroying). It has never been shown that Chara was a character with omnipotence, omniscience and omnipresence, in that I agree with you that they are exaggerations. A single timeline is already of universal range since it contains the 4 dimensions, these are width, depth, altitude and space/time, this makes it qualify as a 4D structural one, affecting a 4D structure scales it to a universal level+. Multiverse are simply different timelines. Sans recognizes the existence of other timelines and other Sans-es. As we know, there are 3 main timelines: Genocide, Pacifist and Neutral. What makes this even bigger is the fact that Alphys investigates and claims that there are alternate universes, as well as Goner Kid claiming it as well. Should Chara scale to the multiversal level? The definition of the multiversal level: characters who can significantly affect, create and/or destroy larger multiverses comprising from 1001 to any higher finite number of separate space-time continuums.

someone constantly kept insisting that these guys are only uni to uni +, and also kept saying that Chara didn't destroy the game. every time I explained, weather that be with the fact that the player is incapable of continuing without selling their soul, or the fact that you see literally nothing when booting the game after a Geno run, or the fact even the annoying dog is nowhere to be seen likely suggesting they're erased (context: the annoying dog is toby fox, and there's even dialogue explaining how with a singal bark created the game). they took it as an anti-feat saying stuff like (this is roughly what they said.) "It is not clarified weather they wanted our soul for leverage or because they needed it." also, there's a lot of vs debates about under tale surprisingly, and it's fandom's AU's. Chara vs Goku, Nightmare vs Error, flowy vs Cuphead? I don't want to argue against Goku winning, mostly because I'm somewhat a dragon ball fan. but there reasoning is that they would be erased by Goku's Haki, ignoring the fact that Chara survived erasing the Undertale cosmology with them in it. they basically ignored the idea that if you can dish it, you can take it. and with nightmare vs error they have both of them at Uni to uni +, ignoring the time that Error was capable of preventing Swap Chara from resetting. I guess you could say that sense that this is a Fan AU it's possible this Chara is weaker, but the thing is... this Chara comes from under swap, meaning the only thing that is different is the fact the roles are swapped. meaning the core ability's of a determination user should still be there.
