Nah it’s definitely gojo. Goku without Super saiyan still has ultra instinct, luffy still has insane haki. Naruto still has sage mode. Those three r so OP that without those things they r still mad strong. And they all have a perception ability. Gojo ain’t hitting any of them. Hollow purple won’t do shit if they can all predict it. Its goku bro. Luffy without DF is still pretty powerful just take for example characters like Garp who can destroy an island without DF just purely haki and luffy has advanced armament haki and advanced observation haki meanwhile Goku without the saiyan race is just a normal martial arts person.
