​@lokitarao417 exactly. My mom after menopause is under depression. She cries for silly things, hyper active and suddenly becomes hypo where she doesn't want to take food also. This affects the whole family.

@@verse4442 yeah I understand, vry tough for some people to handle the anger, mood swings, depression, disappointment due to fluctuating harmones. These symptoms r thr evn in middle age also🥴 (different reasons). But some people saying- it's not a big issue, not necessary, over reacting- etc seems to b no🤕🙏🏻 empathy, misunderstanding . When Madam Sudha Murthy is discussing openly to spread awareness- few trying to ignore & evn telling her to stop shows their mentality, understanding about women, Health concerns. 🙄Always thr are matured & immatured in old & new generations & both genders🙏🏻.
