അരി സ്ഥിരം കഴിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരുന്ന ഒരാൾ ആയിരുന്നു ഞാൻ. HB 6ആയത്കൊണ്ട്ആയിരുന്നു.. ഇപ്പോൾ HB15ഉണ്ട്. അരി ഒരു മണിപോലും ഇപ്പോൾ കഴിക്കാൻ തോന്നുന്നില്ല.

മുടികൊഴിച്ചിൽ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ Vit D supplements കഴിക്കണം. Medical stores ൽ ചോദിച്ചാൽ കിട്ടും.Thyroid പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലും മുടി കൊഴിയും. ഡോക്ടറെ കണ്ട് Blood test നടത്തി Thyroid check ചെയ്തിട്ട്പ്രോബ്ലം ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ Thyronorm ഗുളിക കഴിക്കേണ്ടി വരും.
