@@Ceratops17 I never said Taiwan was part of China. I’m just stating that people from Taiwan are Chinese not Taiwanese. Taiwan’s official name is Republic of China just so you know.

​@@danielan1319culturally they're different I guess. same shit in Mongolia and inner Mongolia, the regions have been isolated from each other for almost a century now. The culture developed on its own in a different way, outer Mongolian culture is more influenced by russian, and western and Korean pop culture has lots of influence here. In inner Mongolia, there's a lot more intermingling between the Chinese and mongolians (the Chinese outnumber the mongolians there now) so they developed a culture that's different from mongolian but also different from the rest of China.
