"Chronic pain is created or amplified in the brain. It is felt in the body." I've never heard this before! Very liberating!! Thank you Dr. Ziegenbein for sharing tools for "unlearning" or reversing chronic pain! There is hope for healing! 🙌

Dr. Z is my rheumatologist and I can tell you from a personal experience that she is amazing. She truly gets chronic pain and listens and cares for all her patients with such care. I don’t believe I have fibromyalgia but for years I had such debilitating pain and no one could figure it out. She did all the right tests and scans and was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and akondylosis spondalosis. While I am not thrilled with the diagnoses, I am however thrilled that she was able to figure out what was wrong so I could get on the proper treatment plan. In my opinion, she truly is one in a million and I am honored to have her as my rheumatologist.
