*******childhood PTSD is CPTSD, it gives emotional dysregulation, like your system generating emotion got corrupted, there are emotions when not needed and there are no emotions when needed. Especially painful one, it feels like internal pain, a psychic wound. We need to teach everyone going through difficult emotions about Breathwork, Meditation, SE, IFST and Sitting with feeling on daily basis. It is a long and painful work, if you start early, it is better but because of no education and awareness in society it takes avg 20 to 30 yrs to recognize you have CPTSD. Simple breath work that u do 24X7 with compassionate meditation, SE and IFST can give you good results in 10 to 20 weeks and all of these you can do your own. The biggest hurdle is will power, the person sees these techniques very simple and time consuming and do not dedicate to these practices until hits his true bottom of life. A true close one can handhold and guide the other person.*****
