Idk if I learned it from you or what but the eye exercises are really helping me get a better eye area. I have UEE for one eye (ptosis i think) which makes me look like a dryg addict, but now after doing all these things to my eyes , i can actually control the eyebrow area and work the eye muscles like crazy and can force a hunterish eye look lol. Also the extra brown fat is helping too, crazy how I was able to improve so much in a week? And I'll still keep going, maybe I can lessen the eyelid exposure.

@@ahmed_hassan01 Hi, I'm doing a lot. Icy water on face, esp the eyes. orbicularis oculi hypertrophy exercises, both outer and inner, squinting, mewing, squeezing eyes closed as hard as possible, eyelid pulling

Even when I was bulking and at like 24% body fat I still had indentations on my cheeks/hollow cheeks. Genetics decide where you hold the fat in your body and for me the last place I gain fat is in my face.

More than just genetics theres also the massetter muscle that has to he large enough to get the indent its 95% genetics 5% work on your massetters which could come up naturally through the food you eat too

I'm like 20% bf and my cheekbones protrude sideways but not so much forwards although they slightly do. I think you're at very high bf percentage and one can't tell much, leaning would definitely help your attractiveness but I can't tell if it'll help with forwardly projected cheekbones.

Look around gentleman. Look at the guys that are dating the HOT girls, what do they look like?. Where I live, and at my local gym, I see first hand who the good looking women are showing up with and its not the guys with perfect faces, perfect ratio’s, etc. Every good looking gal at my gym shows up with a shorter, balding, with average looking faces, but fit. This is the reality. What do all these men have in common other than they have gorgeous women? Simple,,,,they work out and put time in improving their bodies. It is much easier changing your body aesthetics than your face!Don’t get hung up on all of these facial aesthetics. I would say more than half of your “pretty boys” are in fact homosexual and don’t even notice women. Work with what you got, but remember, a good body will not work against you!

Your delusion is off limits. The only reason you might see short balding gymcels with women is because those women are usually on the jump to someone better. Dating a hot woman is not that difficult if you provide beta male traits for a while but does she desire you? No, not really. And btw, a guy with a perfect face means he has at least a fit body shape too due to his genetics. You will never see an out of shape guy with a model face on his shoulders. Nowadays most guys seem to work out anyway, it's not special anymore.
