Anakin Skywalker has always been a divisive character, but I feel it's safe to say that Star Wars: The Clone Wars SAVED Anakin Skywalker.
Now what do I mean by saved? Well before when the Star Wars Prequel Films (Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace, Star Wars: Episode II: Attack of the Clones, Star Wars: Episode III: Revenge of the Sith) Anakin was criticized a lot for not being a good character. But now after The Clone Wars, he is a fan favorite.
