wow didn't really realised these concepts. I get it, I fall in the danger zone all the time. I am at a point where I am expected to be at this place even though I have not had any training (more learning on the job). A lot of trial and error and I am still failing. gives me an idea to pull back a bit and do mini goals. #firstcomment
