@@bradenhagen7977 I love it, even though I played it for so many times I only had it for less than a month. It always surprises me that I somehow catch up to some light vehicles and are faster than some medium tanks lol. Currently at 8.3 tho so I'm only playing the Ho Ri for the fun.

And the 8 second reload with 230mm pen is way too slow! I like the Ferdinand so much more than the Jagdtiger, it still gives more protection than the tiger 2 wich a lot of stuff can one-shot, but the Ferdinand is perfect for american T34s as they have to actually hit a weakspot for once and you have a great reload speed to hit their weakspots.

To this day it still baffles me, that many of the armys designs for stuff like tanks and equipment did not come from a think tank coming to the conflusion that it would be the most effective, but feom hitler saying "this sounds cooler" or "this would look better, do it exactly like this"

@zukzbigniew48023 ай бұрын
@@ShiftySheriff2 yeah, in this case, but every design had to be personally approved by Hitler, bolt action rifles, semiautos, sub and machineguns, tanks, planes. ALL of them. If he decided that Wehrmacht needs a breaktrough tank - it would be done. An open bolt semi auto rifle? At once. A flying wing jet? It was all personal decisions of Hitler.

Nah, whenever Hitler got involved with actual decisions apart from the name, it went downhill. Like the 262 being forced to carry bombs, etc.

Why did Hitler want a name change. Just so he could have all of his "amazing wonder weapons" be named after animals like tiger 1 and 2 and the Panther Before anyone say that the tiger 1 and panther were not worder weapons i know but dise the king tiger/tiger 2 count as a wonder weapon
@arturg.j.1673 ай бұрын
Not really. The Tiger 2 was the obvious response to the development of heavier tanks by the soviets.
@Dont14-r4k3 ай бұрын
I think only the E-100 and Maus technically count as wonder weapons in the game.

"Guys lets build a tank as heavy as 5 whales and make it giant an also paint a big target on the roof so even more planes will bomb it!" Basically how the P1000 Ratte was designed

Don't forget the puma, grille, wespe, hummel, can't remember the German name for it but bison is the English translation. Did they hope spies would think they are making a zoo if they caught wind of "let's get 100 pumas and a few wespe, they would work great in the forest around France"
@kabob00772 ай бұрын
@@Crazyman23The Grille is incorrectly CALLED the Bison, its name is actually "Cricket". Now the most INFURIATING example of a name change for a vehicle, in my opinion, is the Nashorn which was originally the Hornisse. Also, the Wespe and Hummel are "Wasp" and "Bumblebee" respectively.
