I'm here over a year later from this post, but I wanted to thank you for posting this!! I've slumped back into a a time of struggle with my mental health, and I've realised that exercise and running is something that I need or my mental health declines--so, I'm getting back into that. This was very informative and inspiring, and I hope you're doing well and are happy. Thanks again!

I wanted to say thank you. I was having anxiety really bad today and I came to you're video. I have a small gym in my 2nd room with pull up bar barbell ect. I used to have a very high labor job, that I decided to leave. I found a higher paying job that doesn't require any labor. I've been wanting to workout but I just got lazy and since i got lazy I didn't wanted to do anything. After watching you're video I decided to lift weights starting in day 1 and ready to change my life and health for the good. Thank you.

@@ashishaddiction mng bfr food start - anulom vilom n kapalbhati for 30 mins combined. Then in the whole day we never u get one hour or 30 mind again, but make sure u r done with ur food at least 1.5 hour bfr that, jus go to gym, cardio, weightlifting helps!

@@ashishaddiction Ashish, don't wait for motivation, it may never come. Just start, but start small. Just go for a run around the block to start with and stick to it. Motivation will come once you start to achieve these small goals.

Wow aww thankyou for making this video ~ it has helped me & I am in my 50's😊 👏 See it just goes to show that a younger Person can indeed help an older person for sure, ☺️ Thankyou so much for being so giving of yourself, I had found that i was at a lost place too & I really needed to get back into life & take better care of my health and mental welfare & it was your video that just gave me the extra push that I needed, aww 🤗 So i am going to give it a go and get off the bench & go and do it, ☺️ thankyou! 😘 gina xo

Have you ever thought taking vitamins ? It helps aloot in my case vitamin D, B12 and magnesium are life changing
