This explains the hypixel staff team perfectly. Hundreds of bhopers, boosters, known cheaters, high level cheaters are all known, but takes a hell of a lot of time for them to get banned, while someone who was expressing their thoughts gets banned for a reason that didn’t even fit what he did. This server’s staff team is a joke. Also I can’t believe a staff member used to be someone calling people whores in the lobby, great job finding the best staff.

I was false banned back in 2018, when I was a blitz main. After getting banned, it was very demotivating to play because I can be false banned anytime. This is probably due to my high ping (300-400ms) making my kb delayed. Now that I’ve been playing pit for the past few months, seeing all the hopper groups, high prestiges cheating, I honestly lost faith in the staff team. I’m pretty sure I’ll get false banned again before real cheaters get banned.

The Hypixel staff team no doubt have to pay more attention to the pit. The pit is like the middle child of a family who gets little attention and does whatever. I asked someone in the pit if the pit would ever be cheater-free, they said never. Sad.

I have a VERY similar situation to this where i joked to someone that i'd give em 5$ for my 350 star bedwars acc (which is obv a joke because 5$ is literally nothing), annnndddd i got banned for 30d, I asked a mod for information regarding my banned and they just replied that they weren't allowed to give me information regarding my ban so i just assumed it was when i joked about the 5$ for my acc, appealed, explained that it was clearly intended as a joke, and got my appeal denied with the same usual copy/pasted messagee

Trading in game items for money isn't allowed by the EULA if that is what hypixel is trying to refer to. But seeing as this wasn't an actual trade attempt and actually just an offer anyone could have given for lets say: a minecraft challenge, this ban has got to be false unless there is another reason that we don't know of.
