This is one of the stupidest thing I've heard. The fundamental problem of poverty is the economic system. Africa is not poor because of 'low internet access', it's poor because of the imperialist powers of the United States and Europe. Don't be so patronizing, they are not poor because they lack knowledge. Nothing will fundamentally change, if we don't change our economic system first which controls and exploits this region.
