My dog was diagnosed with pretty much a death sentence that’s common for little dogs however I’m positive that the narcissist that I was intimate with was responsible for breaking her leg on a camping trip. It’s best for me to move away for all concerned. When it comes to hurting animals and children and the elderly just because someone is trying to get to you that brings the worst in me. I’ve already been hurt physically and made to look like an accident but these days I’m keeping my eyes wide open and anyone who goes after a 68 year old woman is nothing but a coward and bully and every disgusting word out there. 👍🤨

The Lord, through his Holy Spirit, shows me what this world is like, how much a soul is worth, and that He died, He, who is God, suffered without deserving, to save us, to save me... Thirty years of narcissistic abuse, and guess what finally happened? I had a stroke. Yup, a stroke. Take note people. Living with these individuals will take it's toll on you. But heres the kicker. Believe it or not, the stroke was a blessing in disguise. After being stabilized, I was carted off to a rehab hospital. I was very fortunate in that following a two month stay, I recovered completely. But more so, it entailed my being separated from my narcissistic wife. And despite the after effects of the stroke, which were daunting, and the struggle I faced to recover...I felt so GOOD! I felt alive again! I rediscovered myself, and found out that I was still the strong and capable person I was prior to meeting the narcissist in my life. The guy I hadn't seen for thirty years! I had energy again. Joy. I could smile again. I could reveal my innermost feelings once again, without fear of reproach. Amazing! Too bad It took a stroke to open my eyes, but I guess sometimes the Universe gives you exactly what you need. Even if it doesn't seem even remotely so at the time. Now? Difficult to extricate myself, so still here. I'm well now, back to work, and physically feeling great. And most important of all, I know who I am again, and what I must do to live the peaceful and authentic life I deserve. We ALL deserve! Thank you Andrew for this and all of your amazing content. Hi Andrew and everyone. All my energy was stolen just by dating him. Dating him meant paying for everything, sometimes even driving my own car and never received a penny for gas, and calling all the shots! I wanted to go here, ge wanted to go elsewhere. It was draining. My job was good, but not as good as his. I still used my money. When I got home, I passed out from being drained! Toward the end, I was a human skeleton. I can't imagine going thru that again. 5 years of being in a concentration camp was how I felt. You ALWAYS feel better when they are gone. The way they drain your energy (time, focus, money, resources) is INSANE. They get into your head because you are continuously trying to figure out what they are up to. It’s a game they are playing to win. And winning for them is being able to continue to string you along until they have finished you off, if you let them. I was told by a good therapist that my husband had a dependent personality. Modern analysts of the narcissistic personality have defined this further. These person have no stable sense of self. They are "empty inside." (A diect quote from the person i could never figure out) Everybody told me, all the evidence was there, but i couldn't believe it. I trusted in humanity! @@minnieg.4835 For myself, I noticed rumination comes like annoying cerebral gnats in the early morning before my 1st cup of coffee and walking or movement. It comes again when energy is wearing down at the end of the day ( before dinner). I'm guessing it has something to do partially with circulation ( or lack thereof ). With healthy exercise or engaged in a project ( focused on any project, hopefully enjoyable) ...no problem. Don't forget- just punching up this channel, listening, reading, etc. helps big time!💪

This narcissists neighbor has been harassing, vandalizing stealing, terrorizing, and lying, to me intermittently for the past 30 years. Then about 3 years ago I put up a surveillance camera system - now when he harasses my property I call him up on his behavior. Looks like he is going to put his house on the market - lucky me. I am not "counting chickens" yet because he might change his mind. The thought of him moving is big time relief and I am silently doing the "happy dance."

I woke up the day after I was brutally discarded by my narc with a very tight knot or band across my stomach right in the middle of my solar plexus. It took weeks and weeks to gradually fade. It was horrible to wake up to that feeling every morning... He had been feeding from my life force, literally sucking it through an etheric straw or tube as I had never had any physical contact with him, just a social media contact although I met him at work. They are all feeding off our life force as they have no connection with the creator I.e. They don't have a soul!

I’ve done that before and I managed to get a cubicle almost in front of my supervisors office. I told my brother about that and he said that was a good place to be. What ended up happening was the lead that was harassing me would position herself where the supervisor couldn’t see her but near my cubicle. 😂 another thing was certain people were supposed to walk the floor in case an associate had a question and needed help. The department was really big and I used a mirror by my computer so I could see what was happening behind me, I kept documentation of how many times the same person walked by my cubicle just to look in to see what I was doing. Every 5 minutes, are you kidding me !!!! I was told later by another lead who knew what was happening and not just to me but others that the bully was trying to manipulate that I was being used as a diversion. Ah so it all becomes clear 👍

I recall I was at a social function when a narc approached me and started to unload about how his life was so miserable. I surprised myself when I candidly looked at him and said, "Wow, sucks to be you."😃 The psychic vampire knew that I was on to him, he made an imperceptible comment, smiled and walked away. I've been in contact with a psychopath on a different site these last few days. I was impressed by a very candid reply He made and shot him a few questions about the thinking of a NP. He has been so insightful about his lack of feelings, good judgement, responsibility, consequences, conscience, awareness of others feelings, all of the "stuff" we suffer from at their pleasure! He admits he can have no remorse. He LITERALLY cannot conceive of anyone having "feelings" or any of what he lacks. He knows, in his mind, things like this are real. For him it doesn't compute. On the other hand there isn't one person on this sight who could compute his reality. How can they NOT see the hurt, pain, consequences ... others deeply feel? I am being enlightened and informed. He, himself, warns against hoovering. He knows the need to come back to further harass a cast away! He warns that, yes, they want everything about you, everything! They will destroy just to have something to do to fill their boredome! Though I find some of his admissions insane, I have to admit that what he is describing is very normal, natural and nothing to be conned about or remorseful for him! His humble honesty is amazing. He has been going to therapy which has made him face these inabilities in himself, to use his powers of observation of others reactions to guage his own behavior. He is slowly learning to control the natural impulses to use and abuse others in a thousand ways. So I am learning that a "cure" is no more possible for an NP than "cure"is for an empath. But as we learn better behaviors to protect our gift, they can learn better behaviors to become less toxic. It must be a tremendous endeavor, but with a 100% desire to do it, and a good methodical therapist, improvement of behaviors IS possible. I have great respect for this man. How many others will even attempt to go there? The immediate chemical rush they get as a reward for toxic behaviors is too much for most of them to give up. So we are doing the wise thing protecting ourselves by the strength we are receiving here on this channel from Andrew and one another. Blessings!

To go even one step further, I’ve had several abusive relationships with narcissist, and the last I’d say 25 years of my life I’ve been single basically cleaning up my past life of bad relationships and kids, etc. all the stuff that goes with it. Now I have a neighbor that constantly says hi to me every time I go in and out of my apartment and I say I do it five times a day because my job requires me to go in and out a lot anyways it really started annoying me that he was doing it. I had to tell him to stop and I’m still frustrated that he did in the first place because I know for a fact he was doing it on purpose, it wasn’t stealing my energy what he was doing is constantly putting him in my mind which is not what I would want from anyone I don’t want to think about anyone I live my life for Jesus and I think about him all the time or my family or my kids I don’t want some stranger in there anyways it was an odd experience that even made me angry. Now he doesn’t go outside as much anymore but it was totally like a warfare feeling. It’s almost like you graduate one level and you go to the next I feel like I’m on the last let’s hope.
