I just made a brand new page last Friday... I posted one video and dropped it into one of my distribution groups... It's gotten me 2000 followers, 85,000+ minutes viewd and all I'm going to do now is post up the other videos I've been editing... The community actually asked me to make the page... I'm looking forward to applying for in-stream ads in month 2. I've got this down to a data-driven science now... This is page number 16 for me.

Groups are a great way to grow pages, I’ve done it many times and also build my own distribution network. I also built a tool for it called Linkora

Wow! What do you mean by distribution groups? Also, personally in-stream ads seem to be a really risky and unreliable goal. I recently met all the criteria and policies, with no policy issues but after I applied they get back to me saying I've not been approved due to not meeting the partner policies.... I mean what?!

Facebook is not longer worth it to create content and monetize. I have a 1.5 million page and my videos are not being promoted. They changed the way they pay and for a video with one million views they only pay about $80 dollars

If a comment on other creators video using my page, will it affect any violation? I created a page 2 weeks ago and my videos goes viral, multiple videos. i gained 12k followers in a span of 1 week but then suddenly facebook unpublished my page without even sending me a notification if I violates some rules. When I check my page status , it still says no violation.

Making money off the creator , who was not properly compensated for the initial creation before it was hijacked. Those days are gone. Take it a step further, 5 years from now, if you're not blue check marked on Facebook, and set up for stars, those pages will receive less and less ranking. Facebook is reinventing itself right before our very eyes. They aren't paying bonuses on reels because they aren't planning on using them. Videos are their future. Just my opinion.
