Having wings wouldn’t fit the environment setting specially they’re in space and the thing on its back resembles that of the Xenomorph but less protruded

@shinjihirako4773 Yea wings werea extreme reach, the offspring was still growing and it seems more because of the hybrid birth nature it wasnt fully "mature". While it was 7 ft tall in less then 10 mins we watched its tail growing while it was breastfeeding, its possible it still had further life stages.

It would've been pretty satisfying for the offspring to have wings & shed them the moment before mating; it would be like nuptial-flights taken by colonial-insects, who find their mates & break-off their wings before coupling: ants & termites & fig-wasps for example.

I know some didnt like it but I found this creature more creepy! than the xeno's! it was unpredictable! could it speak? what was it going to do if it lived? does it re-produce? does Facehugger's attack it or not?

If you watch the offspring tail feeding on Kay it starts growing, the offspring was design by AI Ash to help the colonies who are struggling with disease, famine and environmental toxins.
