I live with oxygen too, same set up save that I don't have to wear it when I leave the house. Not all the time anyway. I have a disease called Dermatomyositis, a condition affecting the muscles and skin. Diagnosed at age 11, now well into my mid twenties, I know all too well about the complication that these types of diseases bring with them. While I'm not very familiar with cystic fibrosis with your specific struggles I can tell you are a fighter, and a joyful one too. I think it is courageous and inspiring that you too are making the disease you stand for more personable. Hardship should never separate, rather bring use closer to the community as a whole. My Grandpa spent the last 10 years of his life on a o2 tank after having a stroke. He was to stubborn to let it slow him down, he still had to take "The Mrs." dancing on the weekends. He also had to name all of his portable o2 tanks Sally....

I also have the inogen, Love it, but seems heavy, but then I'm 75 and not as young as you, lol! I have a rollator and wheelchair when it's needed! Like I say atleast I woke up today!

I found you because I wanted to see if there are any videos of people directly waking from coma, and what it looks like, how disoriented they are and how they sound, and it was because of a story I write. And I wanted to see more videos because... the reason in the beginning. This video was very informative; I'm about to start oxygen therapy pretty soon, so this helped me get an idea of what to expect. My lung collapsed suddenly (it collapsed about 45%), without explanation a few years ago, along with several surgeries to "fix it" and it's never healed or got better (they suspect a rare genetic disorder). So I'm really looking forward to receiving oxygen; thank you for taking the time to make this video. I wish for the absolute best for you

She said she can go like 40 minutes without it sitting down but if she's exerting energy is more like 5 minutes - so she either takes super short showers, showering doesn't use much energy, or she just wears it in there ( the end of the tube is in her nose so if she's careful it won't fill with water and the actual tube is super strong and sturdy so it's most likely safe in there) :)
