🔹 • Releasing the Psoas: I...
🔹 • How Your Jaw and Teeth...
The pelvis and the cranium are intimately connected. Most medical professionals are completely unaware of this fact. Postural Restoration teaches this and I have lived it!
What this means is that pain in your lower back can be due to restriction of your jaw, or your TMJ pain might be caused by the inability of your left leg to adduct and internally rotate.
On my PRI journey, my face has become more symmetrical without ever having any manual manipulation. The primary bones of my face: the temporal bones, sphenoid, and occiput have all shifted through performing PRI techniques and restoring my ability to see clearly and feel the ground properly. How can this happen?
Because muscles are attached to those bones. PRI techniques can allow this to happen.
It has also shifted due to psychological forces. This is something talked about by Cranial Sacral therapists.

I'm a birth doula and i notice at every birth how a woman's appearance changes throughout labor- as the pelvis opens, the face also appears wider and more open (and beautiful!) . It's neat to see that explained in this video.

Have you heard of the farm, midwives. They have a book and farm where they have births. They speak of the connection of the jaw to the pelvic region, and they tell their laboring mothers to focus on relaxing their jaws to help relax their yoni. It totally works and I feel the connection, and doing kegals and hip work is very important after births. ❤

we *_ARE_* definitely "multidimensional, highly sophisticated beings" so I am going to copy and paste the same comment I left for him: take some time to study the Bible for yourself too... you may very well be opening yourself up to spiritual forces that will provide a brief pop of relief and not abandon the claim you've handed over in your ignorance about the battlefield of the spiritual war upon which you are laying down advertising a vacant sign over your mind body and spirit. YES, demons can make you look and feel great... until they turn on you. The bottom line is this: there are ONLY 2 sides in the spiritual war happening all around us, those spirits that are obedient to God according to His Word and those spirits that are disobedient to God. Humans seem to have a pretty good hedge of protection around them in their ignorance until they start opening themselves up to the religious practices to channel or align themselves with unseen forces. Your body breaks down and ages over time and everyone dies because of SIN. Death is the consequence of sin and this body is perishing, and the ONLY solution for death is receiving God's gift of forgiveness of sin by faith in Jesus Christ... We ONLY have 1 God on record explaining His will by speaking to mankind in the first person. God's collection of revelations are contained in the Bible.... I HIGHLY recommend you study His Word thoroughly before literally surrendering yourself to possession forces you do not understand, completely willing to host stuff you can NOT get rid of! Very ill advised to open yourself up like. "...no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works."

The world needs more people who work with the physical and the emotional body like you do. I had so many of these moments where I felt that something in my body shifted place after a huge emotional release already before I discovered PRI. But the combination of the physical asymmetry correction together with the emotional work has been a true game changer. I have changed the way I work with my clients completely ever since and I can see so many beautiful things happening for them as well.

Yeah it spreads to others you interact with. Yoga aka stretching and pilates are incredibly helpful and incorporating calming practices will absolutely transform a person. I know this but I've been watching my self go through lack of motion and sedentary issues and I know what to do but I've been very lazy for years now. Watching yourself become closed off is something else. Hopefully I'll be getting a job soon! Then I'm going to start yoga again.

I recently had a combination tension headache and migraine that lasted two days. I was laying in bed, simultaneously in pain and bored, and started stretching whatever felt good to stretch. A lot of what I ended up doing was stretches that opened up the hips - and shortly after, the headache was just gone. I was able to repeat the experience again, and now, watching this, I feel like it actually makes sense. Off to learn more! Thank you!

Raising the upper dental arches of the maxilla, so that your rearest molars are highest, and descend downward towards your front teeth will elongate the cervical and entirety of the spine. This force relieves tension in the body in the same way. Also, the height of one set of maxillary molars in relation to the other side, ie left, right, will produce symmetry in jaws and eyes, shoulders, hips, knees, feet etc... good work

My rear teeth are higher than the ones in front. They gradually descend downward.. guess that's a good thing? My teeth amazed me because my whole life I barely brushed my teeth. Like once a week, once every couple.. I never had a cavity till my late 20's. I believe due to drug use I then started getting lots of of them. But I wonder about that. I also ate tons of candy most of my life too. I still have all my teeth but lots of fillings. And I had my wisdom teeth out because the lower ones didn't have room and were growing into my jaw and I kept getting infections. Had some of the worst pain I ever experienced from that. The dentist wouldn't remove just the bottom wisdom teeth. The top ones had lots of room and were fine. But they forced me to let them take them out too.. really made me mad. Also made me mad that they wouldn't even let me look at my own teeth when they pulled them out.. told me I wasn't allowed... Hahaha man people in this world drive me completely nuts.

@@ron1836 ya I can relate. I work with people in pain and I see so many people with a collapsed spin because of tooth extraction. The cervical spine becomes compressed and the shoulders broaden and the upper spine begins to curve. This affects the way the feet touch the ground, flat arches, the trunk sinks into the hips and causes immobility, pain. Neck and shoulder tension, headaches.... I'm like you in the way of dental hygiene...not a regular brushing schedule and ate whatever, no problems until I started smoking lots of weed in my teens. The dentist went crazy with fillings. Dentists wanted to extract wisdom teeth, it's a right of passage apparently. I'm fortunate I opted not too. I've never had any problems...

I’m so happy I found this video. Your story is so akin to mine. My skull is shifting which is allowing the pain and tension I’ve had in my lower back, hips and knees for over 20 years to unfold in layers. My bunions are gone. My scalp opened up at the midline and all this hair that was trapped in between tight folds of my scalp just uncoiled from my head in a spiral. My face is so much prettier now- even my lips and eyebrows are fuller. Any and all mental health and pain issues I have had are gone. During one of those cranial shifts I felt a heavy pain in my left upper molar- when the connective tissue unwrapped from where it was adhered to my jaw my tooth just popped out into my mouth. It didn’t hurt. It’s what was causing the energy block. I’m so thankful- I put a call out to the universe for healing a little over a year ago and my days have been so good since.

all that facial shift experience was similar for me, had the last molar missing on the right bottom side ( for more than 18 years ), and felt that aha moment when the dentist was working on it preparing the implant( i fell all my body opening up, remembered all the wounds from childhood, my whole body felt different but in a good way as i was aware of my issues as you are ) ... few days later in my sleep i felt how my cranium shifted while sleeping and was shifting from sleeping on the left side to the right side , i felt a huge crack in my neck and head and woke up cause i was just amazed. also my cylinder of the astigmatism felt from -3.75 to -1.50 since ... now again i feel that my glasses are no longer useful because i started to see the chromatic aberrations in the center of the lenses. now while listening to music in the headphones i feel all that vibrations in the feet while walking, my body mechanics changed tremendously since , i walk a bit slower then before but i dont feel as tensed in the lower back . my left arm still hurts a bit due to a wound i had in childhood , but at least i started to feel it again ... overall i am happy now, and had same from people who know me , saying that my face changed a lot .... and seem a lot happier. .

Very crunchy joints, many injuries over my lifetime...(played tuba as a skinny 14yo and joined the military them birthed a baby!) Many injuries and traumas come up for processing and releasing and I'm the strongest now that I've even been, my arms more more, my shoulders rotate, my head and neck can rotate, I can walk more evenly and my shape is more what I envisioned for myself to be to feel good and healthy. Getting the esophagus moving sends hints as well so I take multiple small swallows of water...but I listen to my body. Often I use Gua Sha on the area cuz my damage is extensive even my inner thighs need attention. I also study 3D models of the muscles structure, the path of the nerves and vessels, and bone arrangement in the area to help visualize expanding the space and bringing life to it. The entire time the therapist was working on my right side neck, releasing each nerve pathway down my arm(I could feel shots down to each finger as she moved on to each new trunk), I could feel my left(the opposite) leg and hip releasing something and transforming. Until in the end my left leg benefited more than the arm she’d been treating - at least it felt that wonderful. From there I began comprehending how the one leg actually drives the opposite side of the skull. As a professional dancer I lifted more easily/strength wise with my right arm, but, analyzing it now, it was the left leg taking the brunt of the work across the anatomy trains.

Puggilove - I am 67 and fell down the stairs months ago. Couldn’t put weight on my left side without pain from ankle to skull. After 24 hrs of extreme pain with every step, I got fed up. So… telling my good leg, “stand me up!” I stood up tall. Then, my injured side, “stand me up!” and did exactly the same. With each of six steps, I only ordered, “stand me up!” In those six steps, 99%(!!) of all the pain and discomfort vanished - and I walked my dog happily for two hours! 3 decades ago, doctor said, “there’s no more joint in your big toe joints(hence excruciating pain with 2/10th releve). I told balletmistress Violetta Boft. For the next weeks she gave us 64 plus releves(to say either dance, or not, there’s no half way). THE PAIN WENT AWAY AND I DANCED PROFESSIONALLY FOR A THIRD DECADE(and have never had THAT pain since)!! We can demand what we want from our body and experience, or we can believe and form our future by some VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE quack’s diagnosis. The quacks learn from investigating problems. So they impart and convince us about PROBLEMS. But WE created or attracted all our problems(to learn and experience from). No state is permanent. No state is out of our personal influence. We can follow the helplessness of extremely intelligent quacks, or follow our OWN desires. All knowledge is from the (no longer existent) PAST. Desire CREATES the future, in our present. I’ve allowed my body to stiffen and weaken for more than a decade, but now, I’m consciously reversing the whole thing. I’m not rushing it - but it’s working. Falling down the stairs was a BIG help. It has made me stand straight again… You create your future, not a doctor’s opinion - not a research “finding” - not even old age - not even your OWN past)unless you hang on to it).

My work involves, among other things, cranial decompression and pelvic stabilization. If I have difficulty getting the pelvic bones to move, I'll do cranial work, and vice versa. When I told the surgeon I had CPTSD he said he himself has anecdotally noticed a correlation between folks “stuck” in trauma and spine issues. Not something I brought up to him - totally random comment on his part. Since I recovered from CPTSD not once have I suffered that “bad neck”. I don’t understand how all this works but it works!

We can change many things with this knowledge, and your face changing shows that. Thank you. I hope your other videos take on this approach too. You lay out things in a good 1st person way. Very relatable.

Thank you for these amazing recounts! I realized 2.5 months ago my body was stuck in Left AIC through your resources. I actually started experiencing the symptoms over three years ago but kept getting misdiagnosed (I went to the neurologist, dentist, Orthopedist, chiropractor, TMJ specialist etc.) All of the symptoms that seemed disconnected have since been recovering one by one thanks to your content, but my neck and facial symmetry seemed to be the most stubborn. However I recently had a similar flashback about my neck and head position during lifting a few years ago, and trauma to my right incisor when I was 11 years old; and in the following few days there seems to be a huge release - my mom also noticed my face and jaw to be more symmetrical! So thank you so much for this video and all of your other efforts in educating us about the nuances of posture, I know I was only able to process and be aware of these changes and flashbacks thanks to this video!

I went to Pt, they told me it's from my pelvic floor, and now it all makes sense!! i stretched my lower back and hips and it really felt like they haven't been moved in ages!! it's the root cause! the symptoms were just the neck spasms because i was having muscle imbalance from using too much phone and laptop ufff. lesson learned!

Hi Neal, this is so interesting, thanks for sharing! A few things I know from the teachings of Yoga which I was reminded of when listening to your opening remarks, which totally support what you were saying... --The spiral around the spine is spoken about as "nadis" (energy channels, meridians), the two opposing and complimentary ones being "ida nadi" and "pingala nadi," being feminine/lunar/cooling and the masculine/solar/warming, respectively. They spiral and criss-cross around the central channel, called the "shushumna." And it is said that "kundalini" lies coiled up at the base of the spine (coccyx) and travels up when we have an awakening of the primordial energy. --With regards to the parallel between the cranium and the pelvis and how they both "open space" and "close space," the yogis speak of opening and closing that space, containing and controlling the energy that flows through, with the use of "bandhas." Mula bandha is the "root lock," or an engagement of the pelvis floor (base of the pelvis) and "jalandhara bandha" is the "throat lock," or an engagement at the glottis (throat being at the base of the cranium). There is one in the center, too, "uddiyana bandha" is the engagement at the abdomen, drawing the navel in. --Yes, the first chakra is at the coccyx. 2nd at the sacrum. 3rd at the solar plexus. 4th at the heart/sternum. 5th at the throat. 6th at the space between brows ("third eye"). 7th at the crown of the head. --You said Da Vinci, Kornfield, and Myers knew PRI without knowing PRI. I think you know Yoga but didn't know you're talking about Yoga! FASCINATING!! I LOVE IT!

I’ve seen your content pop up here and there, and I’m familiar with PRI and what it teaches. What you described in regards to processing the trauma from the orthodontist, and it having a tangible effect on your musculoskeletal system is what I specialize in! The limbic brain compensatory responses we get to certain events in our lives have a huge impact on our bodies! I really recommend going down the rabbit hole of a couple techniques, DNA (Dynamic Neuromuscular Assessment), and P-DTR (Proprioceptive Deep Tendon Reflex). Amazing applied kinesiology techniques that use muscle testing to map out the specifics of compensatory patterns (whether the root causes are biomechanical, tissue, reflexive, physiological, or emotional). I know with your curious mind you’d love it!

It is doable and I have made some amazing progress. Its been three years, and very recently, I have sensed a spiral movement upwards. I can describe it as a spiral movement from a pole as I could look downwards intuitively/inwards (hard ro explain but its like reading moris code) I would also like to add here that the body is very up to date with our external reality. It shows us our progress through the physical manifestation. If one is aware and attentive, its easier to notice. I have been finding this phenomenon remarkable. Thankyou for making this video. I'm in Michigan but unfortunately they have only 2 locations which are more then 2 hours away.. do you think it's worth me to drive out there and been seen or is it something that needs to be done a couple times a week. Thanks

I'm watching this and saying, YES, its so true! I have been researching and learning to treat a structural Leg Length Disorder for a few years and it is no less a challenge than trying to level the Eiffel tower..lol. Anyone who is suffering either a true/structural LLD, or functional/habitual LLD knows the implications of this disorder is systemic. I tend to lean alot now on its impact on the nerve system being the highest point of pain and challenge. When the nerves are pressurized under one of our bodies being longer, or vs versa.. it causes the nerves to begin systemic shutdown to prevent serious damage and is quite painful. I like seeing this angle of the disorder though, and think it is possibly interconnected. Do you know if you have LLD?

Really great video! Yes the whole body is connected. Amazing how we have to keep explaining that as practitioners lol. You think being in a body we'd have worked that out by now! I love how you explained having the memory of your dentist. When you said it I could feel the pain of having someone wrench your tooth and trying to pull it out of your mouth. And that makes so much sense how that creates a blockage in the head and nasal cavity! I use dance and we work on feeling the rotation of the pelvis and head over the feet and I was contemplating how the cranium can be relaxed by feeling the movement of the cranium over the bottom of the feet. I also love how you said you lived a "cranium driven life" such a great way to explain how we tend to live.
