Is this a joke? They have top care physicians and physical therapists massage therapists and so on that are available to them whenever needed. They get top notch specialty treatment that’s how they bounce back.

Cold showers are ice baths are good prior to any sort of athletic or physical activity but certainly not for recovery. Cold water cold showers ice Etc are going to restrict your vascular system. You're going to restrict blood flow to muscles tendons and ligaments. And your heart is going to have to work harder. I'm not sure where you got that piece of advice but it is not actually correct, in the sense that it helps recovery. A warm shower or warm compresses on specific muscles will increase blood flow an aid in recovery. 👍

I'm just curious on where you got your info from

i am also curious where you got your info from because it is horrificly false
@@Dustin34 The silliness of your comment is beyond the pale with regard to basic science and biology. You actually believe that cold NOT heat increases blood flow? 🤦♂ Silly boy...stop listening to these muppets who have zero background in science and biology, when they constantly regurgitate garbage about the subject. Heat increases blood flow, basic First Grade science... Increased blood flow helps to mitigate the accumulation of metabolites post work-out. Relieves stiffness, and aids in recovery of contractile functions. Oh my goodness sonny. Go study up now...🤣
