I spent 6 weeks in dubai in 2003, it was a shopping festival and I was one of 500 international performers entertaining during the evenings. Cars with windows down and wallets and phones on the seats all night, crazy prizes on the fairground stalls from Motorbikes to Cars, I serenaded the Prince at the time using a unicycle as a guitar and got invited to be on a TV show because of it. Its a mental crazy place, full of money along with a lot of very poor workers.

If I were that wealthy I would buy all of the homeless shelters from their horribly negligent owners and pay good people to run them well with compassion and progressive ideas. I'd employee anyone who was willing to commit to sobriety and helping others in a structured environment designed to benefit them, and opposed towards resolving chronic homelessness everywhere. I'd go on mission trips to fund the development or reconstruction of communities in several places in the world where people are trapped in inhumane or life threatening conditions. I'd use the relief money can provide to show those struggling with it that there is more to experience from life then these petty financial problems. And create all-inclusive systems that give people the opportunity to rise out of poverty by moving through programs that teach them the qualities it takes to succeed. I'd fund example projects for some of the world's most persistent problems like screwed up education systems and instabilities in the economy. Partnering with other willing financial powerhouses to spread the work in an ever growing communal effort. I would certainly serve myself and those closest to me in countless ways, but having more than enough to do that means I would have plenty to do more than just for myself. I will not judge them but I will say that most of mankind's problems are simple matters for those with the power, the influence and the resources to effect change in very specific and widespread ways.

Don't give wrong information please! Dubai has no oil, there is oil in other states of UAE but not Dubai. The reason Dubai became a luxurious rich place is because of the genius idea that made Dubai a duty free & turistic place that brought lots of rich people from all our the world to go & invest their money's in dubai & as a result millions of tourists every year travelling Dubai for holidays, fun & shopping (cuz it's a duty free & everything much cheaper with no tax pays!).
