If you think about it, without drugs about 70-80% less of all those people would be needed, and the government doesn't want to go and give those guys new jobs so they just allow it, and also, the top guys get paid a lot by top criminals like this. people like el chapo just have enough smuggling soldiers so that they don't have to bribe us border officials, and top guys in the government, which makes those top guys mad and that's the only reason they went after him so badly. But hey, i'm just a crazy nuthead right... just think about it!!!

Aaron Gorman true, he would have lasted a little longer without being discovered, but would probably have not been spared as much leinency. But I think his popularity helped him get away with (basically) being free, having his own "prison" made. More like a luxury mansion/estate. He was revered by the local people, and I think it had a lot to do with his involvement in politics. Only ones that didn't like him were the law enforcement and the victims' families of law enforcement and civilian casualties. His organization and law enforcement were basically at war. And I mean real war. But he would have been found out and killed/incarcerated either way..

Lazar_ Potato Well for starters, GTA online itself is not one entity. Rockstar, the company who made GTA V, keep the gta online servers running by using whatever money the get from their products. You don’t have to spend money on gta at all to help them keep the servers running, just buy anything else they have for sale. Also there’s still some people who buy shark cards out there because some people like to flaunt their wealth by buying stuff that others can’t afford, but more likely people do glitches, exploits, or mods to get that fake money, like Alexis said. Only games that do need people to buy this stuff are mainly those made by smol companies or indie developers. But they normally don’t have much for add-ons & DLC and such. Buying the game is enough to help the team who made it, in fact GTA is still one of the best selling games... just not in the top 10 or so.
