Another great story! I’ve never have been a great fan of this spritz fade, but I learnt something and now want to try this Cynar bitter! Your channel deserves more subscribers!

Well, another eye-opener. I have only ever ordered Gespritzter, after first having one in Vienna. And that was just local white wine, and soda water. I had always thought 'spritz' was just another American truncation of a longer European word! And if I need to add Prosecco to my normal Campari Soda, then so be it! I like the idea of adding an olive to the garnish - there is my finger food to go with the aperitivo! And as for using a plastic 'glass' - I shudder at the contemplation of it; good glass, every time, for cocktails, wine, and even coffee. Wonderful videography, superb writing and presentation. For the life of me, I can't understand why you don't have a bigger following. The world is missing out on something very, very good. Salute!

Another beautiful video 👏. In Padova, where Aperol originally came from, they insist that they invented the spritz. For sure, they have a strong tradition, and some bars have entire spritz menus with dozens of variations. The favourite drink of local students. For me, though, it has to be Select spritz, which has a uniquely complex flavour

Your videos are so clean man, I think you have the perfect recipe for quality short documentary videos. I love the "old/blurred" title cards, the archived B roll, you have nice composition, and you took the time to shoot in a cool library 👌 Plus the subjects are perfect for any food enthusiast, I hope you reach more and more people.
