I've been a HUGE fan of the Gudetama character for many years, easily my favourite from Sanrio, so it was only a matter of time before I found an excuse to make a video on the topic. also fun fact, from all the merch, yellow/orange is better to use to advertise instead of pink/beige from the salmon. stands out like minions Plus this character competes against Pikachu of the color of yellow in Japan. I've heard that Gudetama is not just one egg, but instead, a species (I don't know, that's the best way to describe it), so there are multiple Gudetama. That would make a lot more sense, since I've seen several types of Gudetama, like omelets, eggs, hard boiled, etc., although raw eggs are most common. I learned this all from my Gudetama book, on my overflowing Gudetama shelf. I might be a teeeeeensy bit addicted to these eggs.

i remember when i was in kindergarten i made a book called “the lazy egg” because i couldn’t spell gudetama. i showed it to my parents and then went to school and showed it to my teacher to ask her to read it to a class. she didn’t read it but told me to put it in the book nook for later. she never read it to the class, i feel like i did bring it home but it got lost in the process of moving sadly.. but i do have a gudetama squishy
